Our Prophetic Word for 2019

Find out the Lord’s plan for you in 2019 as we share the prophetic word of the year given by the Lord with Pst. Rudi

I will bless them who bless you; and curse them who curse you……… [Gen.12:3], declares the Lord God to Abraham. It is important to understand that when God spoke to Abraham, He also spoke to Abraham’s offspring, which ultimately includes you and me.

Being an offspring of Abraham, we received the same blessings God promised him; and more than that, we are walking in the promises God made to him. We are products of the blood covenant; the only blood covenant recorded in the Old Testament where God was the One passing through between the sacrificed pieces on the altar. In every other blood covenant recorded, God instructed man [the priest] to pass in between the divided pieces on the altar. Blood covenants are not conditional on our obedience, it is a sure thing God is doing; however, our obedience produce the product of the covenant, as the products of these covenants are directly tied to the Christian life. Therefore, if we are to call ourselves Christians, then we will also be living the Christian life. This means that we are conscious of our righteousness freely given by the Lord to us. It is not that we had to do something in order to become righteous, but rather that we are fully aware that we have been brought into right standing with God due to Jesus’ ultimate sacrifice for all mankind.

The first man, Adam, sinned and his sin separated him from God; which led to generations of sinful off springs. Restoration was needed, a means to reconcile man back unto God; therefore Jesus came – and although He came in the form of a man and was 100% man, He was also 100% God; and the very expressed image of the Father. The ultimate sacrifice of the perfect Lamb of God has given mankind right standing with God; all that is required is for us to believe. Not everyone understands this plan, therefore the Lord raised up Christians to teach people about this; even some Christians today still don’t fully comprehend this. More than just being a perfect sacrifice for all of mankind’s sin, Jesus made the second and final blood covenant. Not only was Jesus the perfect sacrifice, not only does His blood signs the new covenant; but He Himself passed between the sacrifice [from life to death, from earth to hades], dealing with the issue of sin, once and for all times; fulfilling the law of the old and bringing us into liberty – then He was restored back unto life; and the plan of restoration was in full swing. As the first covenant which God made with Abraham and his seed, so the second covenant was a fulfillment of the first; and we are the offspring’s of that covenant.

Now, when God declares restoration; it does not necessarily mean He is restoring the things you might have lost or missed; it might include such things, but God’s main aim of restoration is to restore you back unto His perfect plan and will for your life. God’s restoration is far better than the restoration you expect of Him.

I shared the following a few weeks ago:Time for Reflection: Self-reflection is a good practice; and competition is healthy, but compete with yourself – wake up daily and challenge yourself to be a better you than what you were yesterday. Reflect on 2018; your success or lack thereof depended on what you have put in. Don’t blame others or circumstances; just learn to make the right choices. Everything in your life depends on your action and/or reaction. Prepare yourself for 2019 and be proactive. The year holds nothing for you, it is what you make out of it [in other words, what you put into it]- success is constructed and framed on creating opportunity, not waiting for it. Refuse to have anything less than what the Word of God speaks about you; fight the good fight of faith and know that you are more than a conqueror. Our Lord Jesus Christ is the Word of God, He is the expressed image of the Father and He is the mouthpiece of the Father; and by His Spirit He will guide, teach, help, and comfort you. Have a relationship with Him; stick close to the source of life and He will make you great.’ All that we will ever need is wrapped up in the Word; and Jesus being the Living Word of God is also our very present Helper in the form of the Holy Spirit, Who is the exact same as God and one with God. There is no reason to fail for God Himself is closer than ever, indwelling the very beings of those who believe. All you need to do is listen, for He will surely guide you; in every situation, no matter how impossible [I-m-possible] it might seem, God says: ‘Look unto Me, for I’m-possible’. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever; the Great I AM THAT I AM!

“But you, O mountains of Israel, you will put forth your branches and bear fruit for My people Israel; for they will soon come. ‘For, behold, I am for you, and I will turn to you, and you will be cultivated and sown. I will multiply men on you, all the house of Israel; all of it, and the cities will be inhabited and the waste places will be rebuild” [Ezekiel 36:8-12].

Although this verse is speaking of Israel and its people, as a New Creation, born of God, throughout 2019 we must be conscious of our inheritance which is from Heaven; for our inheritance is also encapsulated in the inheritance of Israel. We can, and should, personalize these words spoken by the Lord concerning Israel; for now we are called God’s chosen people [1 Peter 2:9]. The verses above speaks about restoration the Lord is commanding for His people; and this is what the Lord is echoing to us this year;

We are reminded by the Word of God that He is for us: “…if God is for us, who can be against us” [Romans 8:31]. Can anyone be against us? Hypothetically, no; but let’s take a look at Job 8:6“If you are pure and upright, Surely now He will rouse Himself for you and restore your righteous estate.” The story of Job is a touching one; a wealthy man who lost everything, but God Who is faithful restored him sevenfold [Job 42:10-17]. Some friends of Job heard his murmuring, and they reminded Job of his righteousness he have of the Lord; and encouraged him in his hardest times to remain pure and upright; meaning he must take a stand on his righteousness. The preceding verse says: ‘If thou wouldest seek unto God betimes; and make thy supplication to the Almighty.’ Understanding the Bible will help you understand that God’s Word to us is sure. God doesn’t give us conditions for blessings; in fact, God had already blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places [Ephesians 1:3]; all we need to do is know how to take a hold of it.

Looking at the word RESTORATION, we notice the word REST in it as well as RESTORE. This year you are to experience rest, while you are being restored. In Luke 1:37 it is written that nothing is impossible with God. It doesn’t matter how far things have gone, or how messed up something seems; God is more than able to restore all things, but it is of vital importance to understand God’s restoration. God will restore you back unto His perfect plan and will for your life. Stop trying to make a plan; take the rest while God restores you. Be still and know that He is God; and He is our God. Who can be against you if God is for you?

You might have lost many things for various reasons; being it that other people cheated you, maybe you lost your job, or experience a robbery, lost something due to an accident, etc… or maybe you just messed up. There is no reason to murmur about these things; take courage, the Lord is commanding restoration for you. The Lord is saying to you and me: ‘…Behold, I am for you, and I will turn to you…’ Don’t look left or right, don’t look back; what God is doing for you is right in front of you.

“Listen to me, you who pursue righteousness, Who seek the LORD: Look to the rock from which you were hewn. And to the quarry from which you were dug. “Look to Abraham your father And to Sarah who gave birth to you in pain; When he was but one I called him, Then I blessed him and multiplied him.” Indeed, the LORD will comfort Zion; He will comfort all her waste places And her wilderness He will make like Eden, And her desert like the garden of the LORD; Joy and gladness will be found in her, Thanksgiving and sound of a melody” [Isaiah 51:1-6].

We must understand that it is not the Lord Who withhold His blessings from us because of any reason, but it is indeed us ourselves who holds those blessings afar of by going astray from time-to-time. When we don’t walk in the free gift of righteousness [which is by our choice] our minds don’t work in consistence with the Word of God. Our minds are renewed not only by studying the Word of God and praying; but by doing the Word. It is of no use to study to become a doctor and never practice medicine; your studies would be in vain and the work you are qualified for will be dead. This goes for any other profession; if you don’t put to practice what you have learned, then you will never receive the paycheck which goes with the work. Walking in righteousness is applying the Word of God to your daily life; and that lines you up in materializing what God has freely given unto you and me; not because you have done something to deserve it, but it is by working the perfect law of the Word of God.

“For I am the LORD your God, who upholds your right hand, Who says to you, ‘Do not fear, I will help you”[Isaiah 41:13]. God wants it well with you; it is not Him Who took away from you, it is not Him Who withholds what is good from you. You need to embrace this, walk in the consciousness that God does not want to bless you, but He has already blessed you; and He will cause that which you have lost to be restored unto you. God have spoke, but did you hear?

“For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven, And do not return there without watering the earth And making it bear and sprout, And furnishing seed to the sower and bread to the eater; So will My word be which goes forth from My mouth; It will not return to Me empty, Without accomplishing what I desire, And without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it. “For you will go out with joy And be led forth with peace; The mountains and the hills will break forth into shouts of joy before you, And all the trees of the field will clap their hands” [Isaiah 55:10-13]

What is God’s desire?

God’s desire is for it to be well with you! Therefore, He is releasing this word to you; He is sending forth His Word and it will not return void unto Him. Do you know that you can still miss it? When a prophetic word is released, it doesn’t mean it will just be so because God spoke it; you need to line yourself up with that word. You can’t walk like Canaan outside of God’s preordained path for you and expect to be blessed like Israel. If you have lined yourself up and received, or did not line yourself up and did not receive; God’s Word returns to Him with the result, because what He has spoken came into existence, if you took a hold of it or not. Learn to take God by His Word, He released it for you. Like Jacob who wrestled with God and refused to let go unless God blesses him [Gen.32]; so you are to take a hold of God’s Word; refuse to let go unless you have the blessing.

What is it this year, what did you miss, what did you loose, what went wrong and limited you? Did an illness or sickness bring you down? God is restoring your health and everything you lost with it [Luke 4:38-39 / 7:11-15 / 8:43-44 / 14:2-4]. Maybe you lost your job, your missed an opportunity of promotion or an employment opportunity; God is redirecting you and restoring those things. Is it a broken relationship? Maybe you a church leader or a minister; God is restoring you; He is restoring your ministry. Your name is written down for success; no more barrenness, you are impregnated with the Living Word of God; and your offspring is called great. He is restoring you unto His perfect Will and Plan for your life.

Understand that restoration does not necessarily mean you will get back the exact thing you lost or missed; God has a greater plan for you. God’s restoration plan is a plan of getting you back on path with His perfect plan for your life, bringing you into His rest. His plan is not only perfect, but it is the best plan for your life. He knows exactly what will work in your life and what will not; so learn to listen to the Lord and He will surely guide you right and restore you unto His perfect plan and will for your life.

When we look at Abraham and Lot; the land was too small to accommodate the livestock of both men, so Abraham said to Lot: Choose which side of the mountain you want and take it as your land [Gen.13:14]. Of course Lot choose the side which was greener and full of water, near the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah; but notice what happened next. It seems like by Abraham giving Lot this choice that Abraham lost out, but God was going to restore that before the lost was noticeable. God told Abraham to look east, south, west, and north as far as he could see; and all that he can see from that point would be his. The remarkable side about this story is; Abraham didn’t just look at the physical realm, but through spiritual vision he saw the whole world; and God gave unto him the whole world as an inheritance. We see this to be true when we look at the offspring of Abraham, which multiplied greatly. Today, Christians are the product of the covenant God made with Abraham and the inheritance of Abraham is materialized in Christians by the seed of Abraham, Who is Jesus Christ. Therefore; the extent of your vision is the boundary of your blessings.

This is our year of Divine Restoration:

I declare that you are restored in Jesus Name. No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you, you shall condemn. Even a thousand comes at your side, and ten-thousand at your right hand, it shall not come near you. Take courage and stand strong; march out against your enemies and know that the battle is not yours, but the Lord; for He has prepared a table for you in the presence of your enemies – Amen! Like the story of Abraham and Lot, restoration in 2019 will take place before you notice a lost. Don’t look at the things you might have had, look at what the Word of God says is your; and take a hold of it, it is rightfully yours – the seemingly lost things is just slowing you down, God has greater things in store for you – Hallelujah!

Lastly, I want to share this last verse with you: “Behold, days are coming,” declares the LORD, “When the plowman will overtake the reaper. And the treader of grapes him who sows seed; When the mountains will drip sweet wine. And all the hills will be dissolved. “Also I will restore the captivity of My people Israel, And they will rebuild the ruined cities and live in them; They will also plant vineyards and drink their wine, And make gardens and eat their fruit. “I will also plant them on their land, And they will not again be rooted out from their land Which I have given them,” Says the LORD your God” [Amos 9:13-15] – Glory!

This verse is filled with promises, but notice how the Lord instructed prosperity, how He will do things, but how we also have a part in it. There is no boundaries for 2019, the year is yours for the Lord has given it to you and me. What will you do with what the Lord has freely given you?
