Evangelism is a vital part of a Christian’s daily life; having that there’s 7.5 Billion people in the world and counting, with a mere 2.5 Billion Christians, there’s a real need that we fulfill our God-given mandate to evangelize our world – CLICK HERE to view the real time World Population Clock, with deaths, births, and largest country population clocks
This page, content and links herein, is meant for both the individual Christian as well as the corporate function of the evangelistic office. There are two important factors which I want to highlight concerning evangelism.
1] Evangelism is not something done only by certain folks in the church or on certain days of the week; every born again Christian has a responsibility to evangelize their sphere of contacts on a daily basis as well as participate in corporate evangelistic days set by the ministry; and the segments and links below will teach you how to do so in different settings. We are all members of one body; and are to function as healthy members fulfilling our God-given calling, to preach the Gospel and heal the sick [Luke 9:2]
2] Evangelism does not stop by simply winning a soul or souls, it continues; and this is just as important if not crucial that you stay connected with the new convert. As each Christian has been mandated by Christ to evangelize their sphere of contacts, so to have we all been charged to teach these new disciples according to Matthew 28:19-20 which reads: “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son [Jesus Christ], and the Holy Spirit; teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world” –and also- Acts 1:8 which reads: “…ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Spirit is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost parts of the earth.”
Seen that we are the ones who believe; and we have received salvation, which comes with the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, we have also received power to preach the Gospel and to disciple these new converts; laying sound and solid foundations for them to build a successful and prosperous Christian life on. Our ministry’s Foundation Manual [available in PDF download] can serve you well in teaching new disciples all they need to know in their new walk of life with Christ Jesus.

I have witnessed many Christians winning souls to Jesus, but that’s where it stops. By you winning souls and just moving on to win the next soul means all your work are done in vain; because devil and his cohorts are lurking around every corner wanting the souls back you took from them. As much as winning souls [evangelizing] is every Christian’s responsibility, so are staying connected to these new souls vital. If you winning strangers to Christ, then get their contact details and ask if you can visit them. Assist them in finding a church they can attend and grow within; and by all means, connect them to other Christians who will have a positive and lasting impact on their lives, such as small group settings like home-cells and bible classes [even women’s, men’s, or youth groups].
The don’t’s about Evangelism
As much as we Christians know that those who do not accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior will go to hell, we should never preach condemnation unto lost souls. Don’t go around and tell people to accept Jesus to avoid hell; they will simply not listen to you and you will find it difficult to win souls. Instead, Jesus said we are to be His witnesses! This means that we are to preach the Good News unto the lost; and by doing so, we tell people what Jesus came to do. You simply can’t go around announcing the people must repent or burn in hell if they have no idea who this Jesus is you talking about. We teach Jesus unto the world.
